Mr. Lawlor has nearly 40 years of experience in healthcare finance and administration, most recently serving as President & CEO of Huntington Hospital for the past 10 years. Mr. Lawlor has extensive experience in performance improvement, physician relations, network development and managed care contracting. He is the past chairman of the Nassau Suffolk Hospital Council and the New York Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association
Ms. Newcombe is responsible for developing and leading the clinical and administrative operations of programs related to community health, including family medicine, behavioral health, home health care, community education and transitional care. She is a recipient of numerous honors in the field of nursing, including the Nursing Center of Excellence. Additionally Joanne Newcombe has authored and co-authored clinical papers on advancements and best practices in nursing, which have been published in Nursing Spectrum and Advance for Nursing.
Ms. Amato is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University and Master of Business Administration from Molloy College. She received both her Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) from the Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA). Ms. Amato received her CPC (Certified Professional Coder) from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and is on the Board of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Metro NY Chapter where she chairs the Compliance and Internal Audit Committee. In addition, Ms. Amato was recently appointed as the Chair of the Compliance Committee for the Nassau Suffolk Hospital Council.
As the VP of Physician Services, Mr. Friedman is responsible for maintaining & growing physician relationships as well as physician marketing. Prior to his work with New York Medical Partners he spent 15 years negotiation physician reimbursement contracts for major insurance companies.
Ms. Adler is a Registered Nurse for over 20 years with experience in Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care, Long Term Care and Sub-acute Rehabilitation, as well as, being a Nurse Manager and Nurse Educator. She is a Certified Heart Failure Nurse through the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses (AAHFN) and currently the Community Care Coordinator for NYMP. Her responsibilities include the management and coordination of care, using evidence based guidelines and patient-centered care plans, for the geriatric population with multiple co-morbidities as they transition throughout the healthcare system and community.
