Neal Sckolnick

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Sckolnick is an Internal Medicine physician with 39 years of experience in Rockville Centre, NY. He received his medical degree from the Chicago Medicine School and completed his residency at Brookdale Memorial Hospital. As physician liaison, he spearheaded and embraced the adoption of an enterprise EMR. As Chairman of the Board his dedication and attention to detail helps drive the organization forward to keep up with the ongoing changes in the healthcare field.


Steven Lomasky, MD

Vice Chairman of the Board

Dr. Lomasky is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. He completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center and fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Lomasky has been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 15 years. He has served on the boards of the New York State Medical Leadership Council and the North Shore PHO. He has extensive experience in technology applications to health care and great interest in managing the needs of patients with diabetes.


Ciro Ciccarelli, MD

Secretary of the Board

Dr. Ciccarelli is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and Pulmonary Medicine. He has completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at Mt. Sinai Services along with his residency. Dr. Ciccarelli is a member of the National Sleep Foundation, American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians, American Medical Assoc., and NY Medical Society. Dr. Ciccarelli is also recipient of the New York Metro Area "Top Doctor' of the Year – Castle & Connelly Guide.


Adhi Sharma, MD

EVP, Board Member and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Adhi Sharma is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Medical Toxicology. He completed his emergency medicine residency in 1999 and went on to complete a medical toxicology fellowship at New York University in 2001. Dr. Sharma has co-authored papers for the Journal of Emergency Medicine as well as chapters in clinical textbooks. As the CMO of New York Medical Partners, Dr. Sharma provides clinical management and oversight of the company’s operations.


William Allison

EVP, Board Director

Mr. Allison is the Chief Operating Officer for South Nassau. In his role, he is responsible for directing the overall operations of the hospital as well as the development of South Nassau’s strategic planning process and serving as the hospital’s primary contact for state and federal policy initiatives.


Frank Coletta, MD

Board Director

Dr. Coletta is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. He received his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine and has been practicing medicine for 25 years. Dr. Coletta combines his vast medical knowledge with meticulous care and a caring approach to treating patients. He has extensive experience in managing the population health segments dealing with COPD disease.


Rajiv Datta, MD

Board Director

Dr. Datta is Board Certified in Surgery and trained at Grant Medical College and Tata Memorial Cancer Center in India with advanced training in plastic surgery and surgical oncology in the UK prior to a research fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He completed a dual fellowship in surgical oncology and head and neck surgery at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY and then served on the faculty of Maimonides Medical Center and Coney Island Hospital. He specializes in gastrointestinal, colorectal, pancreatic and hepatobiliary cancers, endocrine and soft tissue malignancies, and melanoma and head and neck cancers using minimally-invasive approaches.


Scott Ippolito, MD

Board Director

Dr. Ippolito is trained and Board Certified in the specialty of Family Medicine. He completed a residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY and a two year fellowship in Ob/Gyn and Faculty Development at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, NY. He is also a Board member of the NYCOM Education Consortium and the Long Island Health Network. Dr. Ippolito has a unique interest in performance improvement, quality of care management, and risk management.


Joshua Yedvab

Board Director

As the Vice President for Human Resources & Business Development, Mr. Yedvab is responsible for all recruitment and retention activities, employee relations, employee benefit and recognition programs, employee health, volunteers and cultural initiatives. He also enhances relationships with our physicians and other providers; grows new physician relationships; and develops innovative programs, strategies and partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and earned a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University.
